DeflaGyn is a vaginal gel sold under the Gynial name in Austria and manufactured in Prague by Deflamed International. It contains micronized silicon dioxide together with DEFLAMIN, the manufacturer's combination of sodium selenite and citric acid.
The manufacturer describes the gel as an option for women in the watchful waiting period after an unclear cervical smear or a positive HPV test. According to the manufacturer, it is applied to promote spontaneous remission and regression of unclear cervical smears and of HPV-induced cervical lesions and cervical erosions. This set covers the full course
The manufacturer's instructions specify 3 x 28 days. You apply the gel daily for 28 days, stop for 3 days, then repeat that cycle two more times. One box covers 28 days, so a complete course needs three boxes. This set contains all three.

If your period starts during a cycle, the manufacturer says not to use the gel while menstruating, and your period counts as the treatment break, so you do not add another 3 days.

Good to know
The gel has a pH of about 3. The manufacturer notes that burning or itching can occur in rare cases and attributes this to the acidic pH, and states that DeflaGyn should only be used during pregnancy after consulting a doctor.

Return Window and Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Products must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

Product Condition
Only new items are eligible for returns and exchanges.
