Shipping policy

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This message will confirm your order has been received by our system, and your credit card was approved for purchase.

As soon as your order is received on our end, we process the order by confirming it is in stock and ready for shipment. If the items you purchased happen to be on backorder, we will reach out to you via email with the choice of waiting or canceling for a 100% refund.

SHIPMENT

Shipping cost : 

  1. Full-size products: Free standard shipping within the United States.
  2. Decant / sample products: Shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates (USPS ).

Processing : Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)  will be processed within 1-2 business days ( Monday-Friday ).

Shipping : Shipping time 3-7 business days ( Monday-Friday ).

For any rush shipping orders feel free to reach out to our team for rates and options. When available, we will send you a tracking number for your order. If you do not receive a tracking number to your provided email address within 4 days of your order, send us a message at support@fragrantnest.com and we will follow up with you.
