The Next Level In Scenting

Create a pleasant-smelling ambiance with the DaVinci360 diffuser with timer, which can be used in residential or commercial settings. Plug it in for an immersive scenting experience, up to 1,200 square feet.

This standalone unit has a built-in fan for consistent coverage. Like all of our diffusers, the DaVinci360 uses waterless cold air diffusion technology, meaning that during the high-pressurized dispersion process the fragrance oils are transformed into a lightweight, dry nano-mist, which stays suspended in the air longer and offers more coverage without altering the smell or therapeutic benefits.

This type of advanced atomization technology is also allergy-safe, residue free, and safe for pets and children.

The DaVinci360 features a programmable weekly timer that allows up to four unique operating periods to best fit your scenting schedule, which can be developed in advance with your scent consultant. A security lock for the fragrance compartment and the ability to “lock” the settings ensures that no one tampers with the unit.

      Lost Packages

      If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

      If the package is officially confirmed as lost, please contact us with your order number, and we will assist you with a reshipment or resolution.

      Return & Refund Policy

      Return Window and Eligibility

      Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

      Products must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

      Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

      Customers must contact us at support@fragrantnest.com to request return authorization and instructions before returning any item.

      Product Condition

      Only new items are eligible for returns and exchanges.

      Items that show signs of use, wear, or alteration are not eligible for return.

      Damaged or Defective Items

      If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us promptly and include:

      Your order number

      Clear photographs of the item and its packaging

      A brief description of the issue

      Based on the situation, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, as appropriate.

      Refund Process

      Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If approved:

      Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days.

      A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued.

      20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
