Polo Oud by Ralph Lauren Eau De Parfum Spray 4.2 oz (Men)

This is a very nice classic oud scent with hints of rose, not overpowering but a lasting perfum. I bought 2 bottles already and will be adding it to my collection.

different from original but good

I purchased this "original polo" because i used to wear it years ago and really liked it. (since that time i had been wearing the blue polo and the red polo) This is green bottle is absolutely not the same stuff as the original. I wasted my money buying this. It's not an offensive or bad smell... it's just a bottle of no smell! I've used it every day for months and so far not one single person has ever even noticed smelling it at all! Not even 3 minutes after liberally spraying it on!! If you knew anything about the real, original Polo cologne; that would simply not be possible! The original was a VERY powerful fragrance that was still powerful 10 hours later. I'm very disappointed in this. Seems like a "knockoff" and basically a bottle of "almost-nothing-but-water..." I don't see how anyone would be pleased with this product. Waste of money.

I recently made this new purchase. I already have 10+ different Polo scents in my collection. I don’t remember Polo offering an (active) Oud scent (since Supreme Oud is not being made), so as a loyal, addicted fragrance enthusiast, I decided to give it jump on-board and give it a try.Overall, the fragrance smells great. There’s an initial synthetic/metallic, almost medicinal note, but as it dries down, it develops into a solid mix of smoky Oud, woody notes, rose, pepper, a touch of fruity sweetness, vetiver, and patchouli. The patchouli and vetiver notes remind me of the Polo Green DNA. That may also be influenced by the bottle which looks very similar to Polo Green and Polo Green Intense, with only a slight change in the cap design—I had to turn on my lights to really tell them apart. This is Ralph Lauren Polo’s take on a safer, more masculine Oud scent with great character. I’d consider it a colder weather fragrance, though it’s not quite as enjoyable as Versace Oud Noir.Performance is pretty decent overall. By late afternoon, I reapplied it to re-experience it again.

This does not smell at all like the original POLO!!! Very disappointed and unable to return!! What a RIP OFF!!!! They won’t even let me exchange it for something else!! Worst purchase I’ve ever made on Amazon!!
