Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Available delivery options depend on the items in your order and your destination.
Shipping costs
Shipping terms vary by product. Some items qualify for free shipping; other items, including samples and decants, may have shipping charges. Available shipping options and the final shipping cost are shown at checkout before payment.
Processing and delivery estimates
Our standard processing estimate is 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Our order cutoff is 4:00 PM Eastern Time. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
- United States: estimated transit time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Canada: estimated transit time is 7–14 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Timing may vary by product, fulfillment location, carrier and destination. Any delivery estimate shown for your order at checkout should be reviewed before payment.
Fulfillment and tracking
Items may ship from different fulfillment locations and may arrive in separate packages. We email tracking details when a shipment is dispatched. The carrier depends on the shipment; options may include USPS, UPS or FedEx.
If you have not received tracking information within 4 days of placing your order, contact support@fragrantnest.com so we can check the status.
Availability and expedited shipping
If an ordered item is unavailable or on backorder, we will email you with the option to wait or cancel the affected item for a full refund.
For urgent delivery, contact us before ordering to check whether an expedited option is available and confirm the cost.
