These labels describe the product format or packaging. Check the individual product page for the confirmed details of that item. If anything is unclear, contact us before ordering.

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

We ship to the United States and Canada. Free shipping applies only to eligible items; other items in the same order may have shipping charges. Final options and shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing usually takes 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days in the US or 7–14 in Canada. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates; items may arrive in separate packages.

For Canada, buyers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes and carrier fees not collected at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Email support@fragrantnest.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything. Eligible items must be new, unused and in their original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee applies. Testers, gift cards and personal care items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. Return shipping charges and the restocking fee do not apply when the return is due to these issues.
