Returns within 30 days

To request a return, contact support@fragrantnest.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request.

Returns require prior approval. Please wait for our return instructions before shipping an item. Returns sent without authorization are not accepted.

Return shipping and restocking fee

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping and a 20% restocking fee applies to the returned item.

If an item is defective, arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us so we can arrange the return or replacement. Return shipping and the restocking fee do not apply when the return is due to a defective or damaged item or our error.

Items that cannot be returned

Testers, gift cards and personal care items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Contact us if any item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly at support@fragrantnest.com. Include your order number and photos of the item, packaging and shipping label so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds and exchanges

We inspect returned items and email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, after any applicable restocking fee. Your bank or payment provider may take up to 7 days to post the refund.

For an exchange request, contact us before returning the item so we can confirm availability and eligibility.
